Do we need two Gay USofA's?

A conversation just came to my attention about having a "Black"Gay USofA vs. a Gay USofA pageantry system. Personally I think we should just have one Gay USofA. I understand why some people feel there needs to be separate systems but I believe by now the USofA family has proven to have enough diversity for people to understand that they do believe in fairness and equality.
I also understand from a business aspect that it may not be the best business decision to cancel the "Black" USofA systems at the risk of loosing lots of money but hey will is eventually come to that?
My question is; when will we become one unit and stop separating ourselves from our own community?

Also congratulations are still in order for all kings and queens!!!!!!

Ginger Manchester to Donate a Kidney

One of our favorite Drag Queens/Female Impersonators, Ginger Manchester was to be in Cleveland, Ohio for the removal of one kidney to be donated to one of her long time friends. Her friend has been on dialysis for the last three years so I'm guessing her treatment wasn't going as planned. The kidney transplant was scheduled on April 19,2010 so please make sure to keep them both in your prayers as they are currently going through the recovery period. I also want to add what a brave and noble thing Ginger is doing for another loved one. We applaud her courage and her strength during this process. TWO THUMBS UP GINGER!

Father Kills Lesbian

Jerry Lee Seger of Lakeland Florida has been accused of strangling his daughters partner Courtney Bright to death. He claims that he blames Courtney for leading his daughter down the "lesbian" path. Their 3 year relationship finally got to be too much for Seger which caused him to act in this painful and vicious crime. Seger then left her dead body in an abandoned house for 24-48 hours before she was discovered by a local real estate agent. Seger has been charged with first degree murder and is currently being held with out bond.

Our prayers go out to the Bright family in there time of loss but I am glad that justice has been served in this case.

Marriage Equality in Argentina

The Argentina House of Deputies has just passed a measure that would allow same sex marriage. Their female President has also stated that once it comes across her desk, she will not veto the measure. Obviously it does has to pass through the Senate before it can get to her desk but this is great hope for Argentina. WAY TO GO!!!!!
