Voted 4-3, New York State's highest court affirmed two cases for this same sex couple. The first case was to allow a woman to seek child support from her former partner even if the ex isn't the biological parent of the child. The second case was to allow visitation rights to the other partner for the child she helped raise. I think this is an awesome thing for NYC to do for this couple and I can only hope that this continues on for everyone. Remember we have to stay in the fight and keep our head held high!!!!! CONGRATS to the couple..well ex-couple..lol
